1. Add flat washers

The washer refers to the part that is cushioned between the connected piece and the nut. Generally, a flat metal ring is used to protect the surface of the connected part from being scratched by the nut and disperse the pressure of the nut on the connected part.

2. Add flat washers and spring washers

Spring washers are widely used in load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures of general mechanical products. They are characterized by low cost, convenient installation, and suitable for parts with frequent assembly and disassembly. But the anti-loosening ability of spring washers is very low!

3. Self-locking nut

Normal nuts will loosen automatically due to vibration and other reasons during use, such as vibration. In order to prevent this phenomenon, self-locking nuts were invented. The main function of the self-locking nut is anti-loosening and anti-vibration.

For special occasions. Its working principle is generally self-locking by friction. Self-locking nuts are classified into nylon ring type, neck-closed type, and metal anti-loosening device. They are all effective torque type locknuts.

4. Nut anti-loosening fluid

Apply the nut anti-loosening fluid to the tightening part of the bolt, and then screw on the nut to achieve the anti-loosening effect.

5. Double nuts (left and right rotation) anti-loosening

It is also a good method to tighten and prevent loosening by matching a left-handed nut and a right-handed nut.

6. Screws and nuts are drilled and pinned to fix

In machinery, pins are mainly used for assembly positioning, and can also be used as overload shear connections in connection and relaxation-level safety devices. The types of pins are: cylindrical pins, tapered pins, pins with holes, split pins and safety pins, etc.
