The nut is no stranger to us, it exists in all aspects of our lives.

A nut is a nut, a part that is screwed together with a bolt or screw for fastening. It is a component that all production machinery must use. There are many types of nuts. Our common ones are national standard, German standard, British standard, and American standard. According to different materials, nuts are divided into carbon steel, high-strength, stainless steel, plastic steel and other major types.

According to the product attributes, the standard numbers corresponding to different countries are divided into ordinary, non-standard, (old) national standard, new national standard, American system, British system, and German standard. The sizes are different, and the threads are divided into different specifications.

Generally, the national standard and the German standard are represented by M (for example, M8, M16), while the American system and the British system are represented by fractions or # (for example, 8#, 10#, 1/4, 3/8).

A nut is a part that connects mechanical equipment tightly. It can be connected together through the inner thread, nuts and screws of the same specification. For example, the M4-0.7 nut can only be matched with the M4-0.7 screw (in the nut, M4 refers to the nut The inner diameter is about 4mm, 0.7 means the distance between the two threads is 0.7mm); the same is true for American products, for example, 1/4-20 nuts can only be matched with 1/4-20 screws (1/4 refers to nuts The inner diameter is approximately 0.25 inches, 20 means that there are 20 teeth in every inch).
